Operations Management – extensive mining and manufacturing industry experience including senior management with mining and manufacturing operations and workforces up to 700 personnel. Strong focus on safety, environment, quality, cost control, production, engineering, reliability, asset management, supply chain, employee relations and stakeholder liaisons.

Jay has managed multi-disciplinary engineering projects, EPCM functions, strategic asset management, design installation testing and commissioning, operation, and maintenance of commercial and industrial HVACR systems, and facilities in building services, rail, and diverse engineering disciplines for over 30 years. He has worked in varying capacities in the HVAC industry and managed design, installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems, and energy efficiency improvement projects up to $30m. Jay has also worked as a Project Manager in the rail industry. As a Senior Project Manager [Commercial Services] in a government organisation, Jay has assisted the Financial Controller to manage EPCM functions and commercial performance of an engineering portfolio of $800m/yr.
